SpaceChimps is operated by TheAppCollectionLTD.

Request deletion of your SpaceChimps account

You can permanently delete your SpaceChimps account and associated account data directly from within the SpaceChimps app:

Profile → Delete My Account

If you no longer have the SpaceChimps app installed, you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us directly.

To request account deletion

Send an email to:

support@spacechimps.app

Please include:

• Your SpaceChimps account email address

• Your SpaceChimps callsign/username

• The words “SpaceChimps Account Deletion” in the subject line

We may ask for information necessary to verify that you are the owner of the account before processing the request.

What happens when your account is deleted?

When we process your account deletion request, your SpaceChimps account and associated account data will be permanently deleted.

This includes account information and associated gameplay data held by SpaceChimps.

Certain information may be retained where necessary for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Processing your request

We will process account deletion requests within a reasonable period and will contact you if we need additional information to verify your request.

You do not need to have the SpaceChimps app installed to request account deletion through this webpage.
